A Dice-Card Game for Two (May also be played with partners)
Equipment:
One deck of cards, two dice.
Object of the game:
Get the most cards.
The Play:
Adam Upp is played with 50 cards, so after shuffling, remove two cards.
First player is chosen by any means (cut of cards, highest roll of dice, etc.)
First player deals, face up, the start of six consecutive stacks, layed out on the table left to right, 1,2,3,4,5,6.
Cards have face value, Ace=1, Jack=11, Queen=12, King=0.
First player then rolls the two dice. The numbers showing on the two dice correspond to the card-stack number, and those two cards are added together to get a total.
For example, if the player rolls
(this section of the rules is removed until purchase)
his total would be 11 (9+2).
It is now the second player's turn to roll the dice to do the same, roll the dice, get two numbers to add together. The highest total wins and collects all the cards in the stacks he used to obtain his total.
Play then moves to the second player, who deals another six cards one at a time onto the previously exposed cards, always dealing six cards onto the top of the six spaces, 1,2,3,4,5,6.
Rolling double numbers on the dice:
(this section of the rules is removed until purchase)
the total would be 24 (12+12).
Player with the most cards after all cards have been played is the winner.
Variations: Play to a certain number, 50, 100, etc.
Play with partners.
